Unable to unstake from https://delphi.akropolis.io/staking. Tried using higher GAS fees. No luck

Firefox with Metamask / Ledger.
OK. I’ve had quirky experience getting Delphi to recognise my Brave browser but I feel it is just that, a quirk. Try closing the wallet & Delphi. Then reload the wallet in it’s own tab then reload Delphi & see if they shake hands. BoL
My VPN has also caused me issues before.
